Tucker Stone was an editor of TCJ from 2017 to 2023. Prior to his tenure as editor, his writing on comics appeared at sites like The Comics Journal, Flavorpill, The Savage Critics, comiXology, The Hooded Utilitarian & Comics Alliance, as well as print publications like Comics Foundry & Study Group Magazine and his own blog, The Factual Opinion, where he continues to host podcasts on comics with other TCJ contributors. He is the current Past President for the USBBY, the US regional section of the International Board on Books for Young People, and served as President of that organization in 2022. He has previously worked in a sales and marketing capacity for the comics and children's book publisher Nobrow & Flying Eye, a managing partner at Bergen Street Comics in Brooklyn, NY, and is currently the Executive Editor for TOON Books.
