Helen Chazan is a comics critic, archivist, and zinemaker living in Tkaronto (Toronto), the traditional lands of many nations including the Mississaugas of the Credit, the Anishnabeg, the Chippewa, the Haudenosaunee and the Wendat peoples. She is the current project manager of The Mark S. Bonham Centre for Sexual Diversity Studies Sexual Representation Collection, and publishes zines and comics through her small press Gynoid Distribution. Her writing has appeared in publications such as The Comics Journal, SOLRAD, Comics Blogger, Viscere, and Cleaver Magazine.
